Chef, Michael, brings with him experience of a Hospitality background working as a grill chef for Bass and Whitbread, and working up to Duty Manager within one of the Oldest Inns in England, whilst at the Red Lion Hotel in Salisbury.
Michael understands the quality service expected by guests, and the importance of freshly served food.
Colin, working in a national bank before leaving as a manager after 32 years, to work for the housing department of the Council in Kingston, brings an understanding of all things financial, and an amazing sense of direction. A musical man, he is often seen on Eastbourne's Bandstand playing as part of Eastbourne Silver Band.
Rosalind among her many talents was a Midwife for over 35 years. She prides herself on clean, and comfortable rooms for guests, as well as service with a smile. Also as a keep gardener, she has been developing the court yard garden.
